Le prix demandé est de 32,000$ par an (charges forfaitaires de 2000$ inclues), mais Mazout du générateur non-inclus. L’immeuble dispose d’un générateur, qui peut donner autant d’ampérage que le demande le futur locataire.
Je suis disposé à louer l’appartement meublé ou non meublé c’est-à-dire garder/rajouter des meubles, ou à enlever les meubles existant. Je suis prêt à m’adapter aux besoins du locataire (s’il a le bon profil. i.e. Diplomate en début de mission, ONG, pied-à-terre pour homme d’affaires …). Le loyer ne change pas vraiment qu’il soit loué meublé ou non-meublé.
